Making sure we have good holding ground for the anchors is a must for our safety.
We anchored close to shore from the stern, while waiting out some storms, at beautiful Washington Harbour, Washington Island, WI.
We then dropped a bow anchor just in case the wind shifted 180degrees during an approaching thunderstorm.
Water depth was 38feet (11.5 meters), and the water temperature at the surface was 46°Fahrenheit (7-8°Celsius).
Nick did enjoy himself thoroughly in case you're wondering 😊AND he also rescued my new prescription sunglasses...that fell overboard!
Agreed, what an INCREDIBLE pic! Can Nick pls find my Rx sunglasses that the ocean rudely plucked off my head too!?😛
That’s an awesome picture!
